Dine Out for Ecosphere This September
There’s still time to support Ecosphere simply by enjoying a meal out. Through September 30, the 1905 Family of Restaurants’ Community Harvest program will donate 5% of your check to a local nonprofit you choose, at no extra cost to you.
Visit Columbia Restaurant, Columbia Cafe, Ulele, Casa Santo Stefano, or Cha Cha Coconuts. When your check arrives, select Ecosphere on the ballot or write in “Ecosphere Restoration Institute.” It’s an easy way to enjoy a great meal while supporting local restoration work.

Volunteer Restoration Event
Help protect and restore one of Tampa Bay’s most important waterways by volunteering along the Hillsborough River. This event focuses on hands-on actions that directly support river health, wildlife habitat, and long-term ecosystem resilience.
Volunteer efforts contribute to cleaner waterways and stronger natural systems that benefit both people and wildlife.

Volunteer Restoration Event • Florida Climate Week
Saturday, October 10, 2026 | 9 a.m.–noon
Stewart Middle Magnet School, Tampa
Join Ecosphere Restoration Institute, Seaworthy Collective, and Florida for Good Tampa Bay for a morning of shoreline cleanup and planting. Together, we’ll remove litter and help restore the school’s waterfront, supporting a healthier, more resilient Tampa Bay shoreline.
Get outside, connect with others, and make a lasting difference in our local coastal ecosystem.

Anyone interested in helping care for Tampa Bay’s shoreline is welcome
Space is limited, so registration is encouraged
Parking details, what to bring, and arrival instructions will be shared with registered volunteers

Our events bring together neighbors, partners, and volunteers to restore habitat, improve water quality, and strengthen the resilience of our local waterways.

Ecosphere provides tools, guidance, and on-site support to ensure a safe and productive experience. Many of our events are open to volunteers of all ages, but please check with Ecosphere before bringing young children.
